Our Approach
The company name and logo (Daologic) symbolize the core philosophy of our work. In Ancient Chinese philosophy, yin and yang represents the concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces are actually complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the world. Viewing life as the interplay of polarities creates valuable perspectives to reframe our work and our lives, and embracing these polarities can unlock unrealized potential. Principals and Advisors
Ajay's career in international development combined with his lifelong work in personal development and Organization Development (OD) inspired him to establish Daologic. Having worked for over two decades in leadership roles in complex organizations solving challenging problems, he has a passion for transformation of human systems for public good. His approach to facilitating change and innovation in organizations integrates techniques drawn from wisdom traditions such as Daoism and Mindfulness with organization development approaches such as Social Constructionism, Adaptive Leadership and Complex Systems.
Ajay has master’s degrees in Organizational Development & Knowledge Management, Mechanical Engineering and Safety Engineering. He is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management, London, a LEAD Fellow, an EMCC Certified individual team coach and working towards ICF certification. Ajay is a practitioner of Taichi, as well as insight and energy-based meditations.
Debra brings over 30 years of experience in the finance and risk management sector in both developed and emerging markets. In addition, her career spans both the academic world and the public and private sector. Debra began her career as an academic teaching international finance and risk management at London Business School and the University of Cambridge. She also taught at the International Center for Monetary and Banking Studies in Geneva as well as being Manager for its Executive Programs in Finance. She has since held several positions in risk management the private sector including Barclays Capital, JP Morgan Asset Management and BP Oil. She then joined the International Finance Corporation where she worked with both the corporate and financial sectors. She was responsible for setting up IFC’s market risk unit as well as leading over 30 project financings to both bank and non-bank financial institution, many in the area of climate-smart and sustainable financing. Debra holds an M.Sc. in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics and a Ph.D. in International Finance & Risk Management from the London Business School

Srikanth Mangalam is an internationally recognized expert in risk and outcome-focused decision making in areas of social impact and sustainable development with over 25 years of experience in North America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe. He is considered as a visionary and a thought leader and has pioneered innovative solutions to addressing complex socio-economic and sustainability challenges. Srikanth established Prism Institute as a not-for-profit collaboration platform that helps address interconnected risks to global sustainable development through research, policy advocacy and technological innovation. Using a unique model that combines risk analysis, technology and dialogue, Prism Institute's core work is focused on developing integrated risk management solutions across verticals including trade and competitiveness, employment and entrepreneurship, food, pharmaceuticals, and consumer product value chains, public health and safety, environment and climate change, gender equity and human development.
