Organization Alignment and Strategy

Our approach to organizational strategy is human centered and anchored in creating alignment across the organization starting with the leadership team. We view teams and organizations through the lens of systems and complexity theory. To support our work with teams and organizations, we use a variety of methods that include

• Process facilitation which is our core strength, and we specialize in creating open spaces of trust for the team. In the psychological safety afforded by these spaces, teams typically enter a highly creative space, where solutions and new insights emerge. We are proficient in the use of OD methodologies such as Appreciative inquiry, Dialogic OD, Presencing, non-violent communication (NVC) and Gestalt .
• Tools and Instruments can help anchor the team and individual strengths and values as a basis to start a conversation. Instruments serve as markers in diagnosing and analyzing team composition, orientation and balance. We use a range of instruments for 360 assessments, personality diagramming and typing, skills and values mapping, team diversity assessments and team culture. Instruments serve to complement our core process and sensing work.
• Mindfulness and grounding practices are used to generate create safe spaces for authentic dialogue that enable working through conflict and foster decision making under uncertainty.

Executive Coaching

Whether it is coaching executives and supervisors through organizational leadership programs or contracting directly with individuals, our coaching work is customized to help our clients discover their own capacity for effective work and personal fulfillment. Our coaching practice is based on the IDEA-C framework that covers

• Expression – as the avenues and opportunities that would allow the individual the opportunity for greater expression of their skills and talents
